Job Summary

HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the manufacturing plant in Cartersville, GA. Partners with plant leadership to drive HR initiatives across employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance. Acts as strategic advisor and employee advocate, handling talent management, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR data and reporting, and HR special projects. Responsibilities include driving engagement, delivering quality HR data to business units, conducting monthly HR guidance meetings with department managers, onboarding and management workshops, resolving complex employee relations issues, monitoring performance and talent meetings, assisting with bonus and merit processes, supporting expatriate assignments, analyzing HR metrics, and assisting with salary structure maintenance and market research.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
  • Experience using HRIS applications (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
