Job Summary
HR Business Partner to manage client portfolios, serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, and drive employee experience and business outcomes in an international, hybrid-work environment. Responsibilities include acting as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, guiding people-related decision-making, participating in workforce planning, monitoring retention and engagement trends, coordinating performance review processes and salary discussions, handling employee relations cases and escalations, partnering with managers to resolve workplace concerns, and contributing to scalable HR practices and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with Finance and HR Operations on employment-related changes, with remote eligibility and a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, People Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling employee relations cases and HR escalations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios
- Experience working with HR systems and HR processes
- English level B2 or higher
