Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner with compensation experience for a 1-year project to be delivered primarily on a remote basis. Responsibilities include participating in planning and rollout of HR initiatives such as competency model development, performance management design, compensation and quarterly bonus planning; employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management, succession planning and other progressive HR programs. Lead the definition and execution of annual strategic HR plans, act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation, ensure leaders receive HR support to meet objectives, and drive results against key performance indicators, coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence.
