Job Summary
Strategic HR partner to multiple business units, providing HR counsel and support; coaches managers on performance management, discipline, terminations, reward and recognition, and retention strategies; advises on complex employee relations issues; conducts new employee orientation; answers questions on policies and programs; communicates benefits, including life/health/dental/disability insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence; partners with HR leadership to improve internal customer experience; maintains knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance; delivers training to ensure federal and local guideline compliance; supports various HR initiatives; travel up to 20%; on-site role in Oklahoma City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years related HR experience or training
- Current drivers’ licenses
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR)
