Support management with daily HR challenges including in/outflow, performance, absence, and complex cases. Translate HR policy into actionable practice for leadership teams while coordinating key instruments like performance reviews and strategic staffing plans. Guide organizational change by identifying bottlenecks and signaling risks or opportunities on the floor. Contribute actively to HR projects focused on professionalization and instrument development. Work within a holding company in the automotive sector with rapid growth and acquisitions. Role involves close collaboration with leaders across multiple business units to ensure people and teams are ready for the next acceleration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner within a dynamic organization
- Completed HBO education, such as HRM, Business Administration, or Labor Law
- Ability to move easily between different stakeholders and make connections at all levels
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach with a preference for tackling issues
- Proactive, curious, and engaged with an active approach to seeking collaboration
- Courage to give advice both requested and unrequested, balancing people and organization
- Comfort in an entrepreneurial environment with fast-paced switching and inherent responsibility
- Strong communication skills, organizational sensitivity, and ability to build trust
- Residence in the Den Haag region for easy presence at various locations and quick switching
