Job Summary
HR Business Partner for US Operations (West Coast) at Activate Games, supporting Store Operations in the US with responsibilities in employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, policy implementation, training and development, investigations, and safety initiatives. Partners with store leaders to promote an agile, performance-driven culture; ensures policy compliance; manages HR programs and initiatives; coordinates hiring, onboarding, and data-driven organizational effectiveness. Requires a degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with HRIS and Office tools, and travel up to 25%. Remote work options available with travel; role involves working across US regions and coordinating HR activities for US operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- 5+ years of related HR work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with multiple states employment requirements including California
- Proven ability to conduct thorough workplace investigations
- Experience across HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
