HR Business Partner role within the HR function supporting the Angers logistics platform. Responsibilities include advising and supporting managers in daily team management, providing field presence to build trust and address HR issues, ensuring adherence to HR processes (performance evaluations, internal mobility, skills development, training), and driving human performance by monitoring HR indicators and implementing corrective or development actions. The candidate should demonstrate leadership, focus on actionable HR insights, and a hands-on approach close to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role
- Experience in a demanding operational environment
- Ability to lead or influence management
- Strong leadership and active listening
- Strong service orientation and focus on collective performance
- Proficiency with HR tools and translating HR data into concrete actions
