Job Summary
Onsite HR Business Partner role in a manufacturing setting focused on advising managers on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Responsible for administering HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave), handling disciplinary matters, supporting investigations, participating in special HR projects, and communicating on employment-related programs (ADA, FMLA, EEO, Affirmative Action). Acts as a process owner for select HR domains, ensures confidentiality, and contributes to a positive employee environment while supporting organizational development and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
- 1-4 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR is a plus
