Job Summary
Deliver timely HR reporting and insights to stakeholders and field teams to enable data-driven decision-making. Partner with operations to drive best-practice adoption and compliance at the hospital level, aligning execution with organizational goals. Serve as a strategic thought partner to hospitals in achieving revenue targets, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Collaborate with learning and development to design and execute field-facing training and onboarding programs. Provide targeted recruitment support and optimize the candidate interview experience to attract high-quality talent. Support hospital leaders in managing staff and veterinarian performance through the design and implementation of performance management programs. Conduct regular hospital visits to document findings, communicate outcomes, and ensure follow-through. Act as a liaison between hospitals and the practice support center to align people initiatives with strategic direction. Provide guidance on employee relations and leaves of absence, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Model core values as a brand ambassador while coaching leaders to build a high-performance culture. This hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ, requires 70% travel to Lovet field locations in the West Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
- Considerable knowledge of dynamics of employee development
- Considerable knowledge of professional growth

- Considerable knowledge of training program presentation
- Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports

- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- 70% travel to Lovet field locations in the West Valley
