Job Summary
Provide senior human resource support to leaders to increase leadership and organizational effectiveness. Partner with subject matter experts within TC Energy's HR department to deliver HR support for clients and ensure achievement of business goals. Collaborate with HR peers and COEs to design, develop and implement tailored HR strategies and plans that contribute to client success. Coach leadership teams to support retention and optimize productivity. Support onboarding of new leaders, ensure integration of current HR programs, processes, and practices. Participate as an integral member of the client leadership team to ensure people and organizational perspectives are considered in business decisions. Promote enterprise-wide programs and training across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico in a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an HRBP role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational effectiveness or other applicable majors
- Solid understanding of HR disciplines: consulting and coaching, communications, organizational design, recruitment and selection, total compensation, building high performance teams, conflict management, performance management, learning and development, and project management
