HR Business Partner (Support Functions)

Job Summary
Manage and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal mobility, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters while maintaining accurate employee data and documentation within HR systems. Support the implementation of local and global HR initiatives and process improvements to ensure operational excellence. Prepare and maintain HR reports, monitor key metrics, and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Resolve routine employee issues and support investigations in line with company policies and local labor laws. Partner with business leaders to address employee-related topics and escalate complex cases as appropriate. Work with managers to execute annual HR cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, and development planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Good understanding of local labor legislation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Full-time employment
- Location: Romania, Bucharest
- Hybrid working setup (minimum 2 days/week in-office)
Desired Qualifications
- previous experience in FMCG is an advantage
- Experience working with HRIS systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
