Job Summary
HR Business Partner, Supply Chain NA provides executive consultation related to strategic workforce management, succession planning, employee development and engagement, change management and high-risk employee relations within a targeted client group; partners with COEs to define and implement forward-thinking workforce strategies, drives change sponsorship, coaches leaders to develop effective management behaviors, and ensures HR effectiveness and metrics improvement across McCain’s North America Supply Chain. The role supports leadership development, talent management lifecycle, and collaboration with Plant HR leadership for internal warehouses, contributing to a high-performing HR function across a population of thousands in the NA region.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of HR Leadership experience
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Advanced degree in HR and Professional Human Resources certification
- Ability to apply HR knowledge across all HR policies, programs, processes, and functions
- Knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions
