Job Summary
Coach leaders on employee performance, accountability, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness while conducting HR compliance investigations, audits, and reporting as needed. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure successful new hire integration and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers to foster an engaged, productive, and safe work environment. Support recruiting activities and identify positions needing to be filled in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams. This role requires 5+ years of HR experience with construction industry background, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and extensive knowledge of employment laws. Candidates must be able to travel 10% and work 100% in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Must have some related work experience within the construction industry
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Must be able to travel within and out of state roughly 10%
- Must be able to work 100% in-office
- Extensive knowledge of all employment-related laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA)
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Significant experience investigating and resolving complex employee relations matters
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields preferred
