Job Summary
Coach leaders on employee performance, conflict resolution, and documentation while conducting compliance investigations, audits, and reporting requirements. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure successful new hire integration and support workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by providing strategic HR guidance on hiring, termination, and rewards. This role requires 5+ years of HR experience with construction industry knowledge, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and extensive knowledge of employment laws. Candidates must work 100% in-office, travel roughly 10%, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Must have some related work experience within the construction industry
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Must be able to travel within and out of state roughly 10%
- Must be able to work 100% in-office
- Extensive knowledge of all employment-related laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA)
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Significant experience investigating and resolving complex employee relations matters
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields preferred
