Job Summary
HR Business Partner for Spain, Portugal and Morocco: acts as strategic advisor, implements and adapts KWS-wide HR policies to local requirements, and supports performance management, personnel cost planning, succession planning, and career development. Leads recruitment initiatives, champions workforce development, and collaborates with HR hubs and the business to improve processes. Involves project work to optimize global HR processes and workflows. Requires a strong academic degree in psychology, business administration or labor law, several years of HR experience in a global company, and analytical, communication, and IT skills (MS Office; SAP a plus). Travel flexibility and fluency in English and Spanish are required, with French or Arabic as assets. Flexible working hours with hybrid/mobile working are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: strong academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law, or a comparable field
- HR Expertise: several years of HR experience in a globally operating company, with solid knowledge in talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning, recruitment, and development
- Analytical Skills: ability to analyze HR key metrics, derive strategic goals, and advance critical initiatives with an economic mindset
- Communication: excellent communication skills that balance diplomacy with assertiveness
- IT literacy: user experience in relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Flexibility: travel willingness
- Language Skills: English and Spanish required; French or Arabic are assets
