Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles and salaried positions, while creating a consistent onboarding experience for new hires. Conduct stay and exit interviews to improve retention, partner with managers on employee relations matters, and support training and development initiatives. Contribute to HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, policy development, and process improvement, while participating in employee committees to shape workplace culture. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, and solid knowledge of employment law. SHRM-CP or PHR certification and experience with ADP Workforce Now are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRIS
- Solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who leads with integrity and keeps confidentiality at the forefront
- A continuous learner who approaches challenges with curiosity and openness — you know that the best solutions often come from collaboration and a willingness to evolve
