HR Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions; provide advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits; collaborate with OD to drive performance management and talent development; support recruitment efforts and strengthen employer branding with TA; drive HR strategies including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness; lead employee engagement initiatives; handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and compliance; support manpower planning and resource readiness; collaborate on compensation and benefits benchmarking and reward strategies; implement HR policies, programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with policies and local labour regulations; analyse HR metrics and recommend improvements; manage day-to-day HR operations in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR generalist/HRBP
- Fluency in local language and English (oral & written) and strong report writing skills
