Job Summary
HR Business Partner providing strategic HR advisory to leadership and employees, aligning HR strategy with high-tech business objectives; responsibilities include translating corporate strategy into department-specific HR initiatives, driving organizational design and change management, leading workforce planning and talent architecture, shaping performance culture and employee relations, refining internal talent management, advising on total rewards, conducting headcount modeling and financial forecasting, collaborating within the HRBP team, and leveraging data analytics to diagnose organizational health; role requires coaching and advisory skills, process orientation, and the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions in a fast-growth tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and social security legislation
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Office-based/hybrid role with minimum 3 days in the office
