Job Summary
Retail HR Business Partner to support store leadership teams across SEPHORA UK’s retail network in the South region, including London. Responsibilities include advising on people management, employee relations (ER), performance management, HR operations, documentation, absence monitoring, engagement surveys, cyclical HR activities, internal communications, and data-driven decision support. Requires strong generalist HR experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred; hands-on, solutions-focused, adaptable to change; proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
