Job Summary
HR Business Partner experienced in partnering with management to provide HR guidance, conduct investigations, analyze trends, manage employee relations, and develop policies and training programs. Responsible for performance management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including expatriate assignments and workforce planning. Works to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention while guiding management on HR policy interpretation and contract terms for hires, promotions, and transfers. Must be able to obtain NYS Gaming Commission license; casino/resort hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Must be 21 years or older
- Previous experience in casino resort and/or hospitality strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Human Resources practices in multiple disciplines
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission
