Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, talent management, and training planning for the AI & Data Division while handling employee inquiries, labor management, and leave procedures. Collaborate with Group HR departments and CoEs to execute HR strategies and system designs that address organizational needs. Support business improvement initiatives through diverse HR functions including payroll and recruitment, ensuring steady execution of complex tasks in a global environment. Gain experience in large-scale HR operations within a cutting-edge AI technology department.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- experience of communication in English environment (Foreign study, business use, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Experience as HRBP/HR generalist
- Experience of using English in the workplace
- Able to work steadily on complex tasks close to the field
- Able to act with a sense of speed and flexibility in the face of change
