HR Business Partner

Job Summary
HR Business Partner role providing strategic, hands-on support across the employee lifecycle. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, drive onboarding and offboarding processes, administer benefits with an external partner, coordinate training initiatives, and oversee performance management and employee relations to maintain a compliant, high-performing workplace. Based in Lincolnshire, IL with remote flexibility for the right candidate, you will partner with leaders to align HR practices with company goals, ensure policy compliance under FLSA/FMLA/EEO/ADA, and contribute to building a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP (preferred)
- Experience with RipplingHRIS (preferred)
- Experience supporting a family-owned business (preferred)
