Job Summary
HR Business Partner for Corporate providing full life cycle HR support to Retail Showrooms and employees. Partners with business to address organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, succession planning, rewards and recognition; ensures preventive training opportunities, competitive compensation with leadership; drives employee relations, engagement, and retention; collaborates with People Relations and Legal; fosters process improvements and policy development; coaches frontline and mid-level leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in Corporate environment and publicly traded company preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply federal and state laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization
