Job Summary
Strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with manufacturing business objectives, drive DEI initiatives, manage performance, succession planning, and compliance with applicable laws and standards. Provide coaching to leaders on staffing, development, and policy interpretation; oversee HR operations, budgeting, and employee relations. Requires strong HR leadership, expertise in HRIS/SAP, and excellent communication and analytical abilities to support a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws; automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
