Job Summary
HR Business Partner at King Edward VII’s Hospital in London, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver the People Plan, embed a business partnering model, drive workforce strategy, succession and capability, employee relations, and learning and development. You will support growth activity, organizational change, engagement culture, use people insights for decision-making, ensure compliance, and contribute to key people projects while fostering an exceptional employee experience within healthcare. This role emphasizes partnership with HR leadership, advisory support on ER matters, development needs, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality patient care through empowered staff.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong generalist HR background (essential)
- Experience in independent healthcare or the care sector (essential)
- Solid understanding of employment law and experience managing complex ER cases (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Competent IT user, including MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively (essential)
- Flexible, pragmatic approach with the ability to adapt to organisational change
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for taking on new tasks (critical)
- Strong team player, able to work with diverse groups and model hospital values (essential)
