Job Summary
Collaborate to develop and administer human resource plans and procedures throughout ProMedica. Serve as a consultant for business leaders and employees regarding workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational excellence, employee relations, and culture. Recommend developmental strategies to meet professional and organization goals while continually improving the efficiency of departments and services. Discuss employee career paths with managers to support strategic workforce planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related HR field with 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management and Leadership, Industrial Relations, or similar concentration
- 5+ years progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Certifications in Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
