Job Summary
HR Business Partner Private to join Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Role covers HR generalist duties across Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration; responsible for employee lifecycle management, organizational development initiatives, onboarding, data-driven HR analytics, and alignment of compensation/benefits with market practices. Requires a Master’s Degree in HR/related field, 10+ years in HR with at least 6 in international partnering, plus experience in luxury/retail/e-commerce sectors and fluency in English and Italian. Also emphasizes partnerships with global HQ HR teams, policy maintenance, and acting as a Technogym brand ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 6 years of experience in an international business partnering role
- 5 years of experience in industries with complex organizational structures (e.g., luxury products, technology, health)
- Experience in HR management for retail channel, e-commerce, and direct sales
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
