Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR contact for clients, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Provide consultation on new hire on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit strategies while conducting virtual and in-person client visits to enhance satisfaction. Oversee dedicated client resources, facilitate training initiatives, and manage employee handbook creation. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance specialists to resolve problems and support accurate service delivery. Engage in product demonstrations for PrestigePRO and participate in HR meetings and special projects. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and multi-state compliance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources including but not limited to General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, and Client Support
- Multi-state compliance experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Salesforce
- Prism
- Problem solve
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Adept at learning new technology
- May need to travel to clients
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Previous PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree (business administration or human resources) preferred
