Job Summary

HR Business Partner in Mexico City responsible for payroll oversight in LATAM (Colombia and Peru), local HR operations, and driving HR initiatives aligned with PIL’s regional/global goals. Key duties include payroll compliance and Leap29 system integration, employee experience and engagement programs (including DEI and Great Place to Work initiatives), advisory support to managers on HR policies and employee relations, developing regional HR strategy, talent acquisition collaboration, workforce planning, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR data management with KPI reporting. The role requires senior-level expertise, cross-country coordination, regulatory awareness in LATAM, and the ability to lead HR strategies across multiple countries while ensuring consistent HR practices and stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations in LATAM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
