Job Summary
Lead the Fulfillment Center Human Resources department by managing performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. Address employee relations issues with line managers and employees while mentoring leadership to resolve conflicts. Own orientation and onboarding, facilitate compensation programs based on local market research, and coordinate workers' compensation by investigating injuries and near misses. Develop job descriptions, policies, and procedures, and analyze data to improve retention and employee experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in HR partnership roles, and 2+ years leading a team. Full-time position in Pittston, PA with travel potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related study
- 5+ years in an HR partnership role
- ideally within a fulfillment or distribution center or lively work environment
- demonstrable track record of success
- 2+ years' experience leading a HR Team
- Proven track record of strategic partnerships which improve the HR experience
- Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills
- strong interpersonal social skills
- Strong discernment, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Able to work efficiently with a variety of personnel
- Strong employee relations background
- Position may require travel
