Job Summary
Manage employee relations across departments in Germany and Austria, serving as a central coach for colleagues and leaders. Own the full spectrum of strategic and operational people work, including recruitment, retention, learning and development, and performance management, while navigating applicable legal and collective agreements. Identify HR-relevant areas to develop and implement innovative solutions, including international concepts and AI-driven efficiency measures. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and work closely with the works council on cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium
- erstes fundierte Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
- Kommunikations- und beratungsstark
- fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
- IT-affin
- fit im Umgang mit Excel (S-Verweis, Pivot)
- PowerPoint
- vorzugsweise mit Personalmanagement-Programmen (z. B. Workday)
