Job Summary
HR Business Partner to leaders, translating operational goals into people strategies; provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, talent needs, and change initiatives; coach leaders on people leadership and decision-making; manage employee relations issues, performance management processes, and policy interpretation; support hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning; participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions; drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives; ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, collaborate across HR teams, and contribute to HR policy development; travel up to 20% to designated sites in manufacturing settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in HRBP, HR Generalist or similar role
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience working with HR Information Systems; Paylocity a plus
