Job Summary
HR Business Partner (Omani Talent) based in Muscat, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR excellence, workforce planning, and compliance with Oman labour regulations. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding and lifecycle management, performance management, calibration and development planning, HR analytics and reporting, collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and governance of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Envision HRIS). Leads HR initiatives, coaching managers, supporting organizational development, auditing and regulatory compliance, and managing a HR team to sustain a high-performance, confidential HR operation. Requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of Oman labour law, and a track record in effective change management and people-centered practices.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to operational and strategic HR in multination environment.
- Solid working knowledge of labor regulations of Oman.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience managing HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Prior people management experience is required.
