Job Summary
Partner with managers to provide HR consulting on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management while implementing strategies for organizational change and new legal entities. Analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness, inform decision-making, and contribute to workforce planning. Support compliance activities including EEO-1 reporting, records maintenance, and workers' compensation claims, while interpreting HR policies and facilitating employee lifecycle processes. Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and departments to resolve workplace issues and achieve shared objectives. Requires a 40+ hour workweek including after-hours availability; Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance proficiency in California and New York.

- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong partnership-building skills with managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting
- Commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 2-5 years specifically in an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or similar strategic role
- Demonstrated proficiency with employment law compliance in multi-jurisdictional environments
- Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- 40+ hour work week
