Job Summary
Senior HRBP to architect and scale our foundational people operations across global hubs (Palo Alto, Zurich, London). Own end-to-end HR operations including compensation, performance review design, onboarding/offboarding toolkits, immigration/visa sponsorship processes, and PEO management. Lead organizational design, employee relations, and manager enablement; partner with Talent to optimize recruiting; ensure compliance with multiple jurisdictions; drive adoption of HR tech stack (HRIS/Rippling, ATS/Ashby) and use AI tools to boost throughput. On-site presence in Palo Alto 4–5 days/week; contribute to culture and rapid scaling from ~35 to 100+ headcount across global hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience as HRBP or similar senior people-function role in high-velocity, venture-backed startups
- Experience in organizational design, performance calibration, employee relations and cross-border immigration
- Proficiency with HRIS/Rippling, ATS/Ashby, people analytics, and HR tooling
- Strong knowledge of California, Federal, Swiss, and UK employment law; visa sponsorship tracking (H-1B, O-1A, TN, UK tracks)
- On-site presence 4–5 days per week in Palo Alto or similar in-person hub
- Ability to coach senior leaders, design manager enablement frameworks, and partner with Talent teams to scale recruiting
- Strong track record of scaling HR operations in pre-IPO or high-growth environments
- Experience in equity/total remuneration design and benefits programs
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize people operations
