Job Summary
HR Business Partner at Drafted.gg, a global esports organizer, providing strategic HR support across multiple business units. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals; coach managers; resolve complex people challenges; analyze HR data to inform decisions; oversee performance cycles and salary reviews. Requires 2–3+ years HRBP experience, strong Czech labor law knowledge, and fluency in Czech and English. Based in the Czech Republic with weekly commuting to the Prague office; hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HR Partnering Experience: 2 to 3+ years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of driving impactful people strategies
- Solid Employment Law Foundation: Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law, HR policies, and modern workplace best practices
- Trusted Advisor: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with, support, and influence both employees and business leaders at all levels
- Data-Driven & Analytical: A natural knack for numbers—someone who can analyze HR metrics, spot meaningful trends, and translate data into practical, real-world solutions
- Proactive Problem Solver: A solution-oriented mindset with the confidence and empathy to navigate complex, sensitive people challenges
- Thrives in Change: Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can help shape the journey
- Language Skills: Native Czech speaker with professional fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Location & Presence: Based in the Czech Republic with the flexibility to commute regularly to our Prague office (typically once a week)
