Job Summary
Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Anoka campus ISC teams, providing tailored support during growth and high demand. Collaborate with client groups to drive business results through data-driven counseling. Lead the adoption of HR processes including performance management and talent acquisition. Counsel leaders and employees on HR issues to enhance effectiveness and accountability. Identify and recommend strategic HR initiatives that align with company values and culture. Maintain effective working relations with leadership and advise on employee-related matters. Support service areas like payroll and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in diverse HR areas
- Preference for at least one year spent supporting a manufacturing environment
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, career development, and employee relations initiatives
