HR Business Partner - Night Shift

Job Summary
HR Business Partner, Night Shift for Mesa night-shift manufacturing operations. Serve as the primary HR partner for night shift employees and leaders, with floor presence and hands-on support to drive employee relations, performance management, onboarding, workforce planning, and change management. Responsibilities include employee relations, coaching of supervisors and managers, policy interpretation and compliance, staffing collaboration with operations and talent acquisition, communication and engagement initiatives, and ensuring consistent HR guidance and issue resolution on the production floor. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment, and comfort interacting with hourly frontline teams and site leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–7 years of progressive HR experience in an HR generalist, HR business partner, or employee relations role
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or other hourly workforce environments is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting night shift, off-shift, or multi-shift operations is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, documentation, investigations, and compliance
- Proven ability to coach frontline leaders on employee issues, accountability, communication, and performance expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- HR certification is considered an asset
