Job Summary
Advise clients on personnel issues, craft company policies, and provide overall HR support. Address and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance management, separations, and terminations. Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal laws to educate clients on compliance. Audit HR-related billing activity, submit invoices, and troubleshoot billing accuracy. Conduct training sessions on HR topics, systems, and best practices. Update clients and the HR team on legislative changes. Work full-time with a Bachelor's degree and two years of HR experience required.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two + years of human resources-related experience, training, or education
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources or related Business field) from a four-year college or university
