Job Summary
Netwatch North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (or HR Generalist) to support leaders across California and multi-state operations. This strategic partner will drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance, overseeing employee relations (including investigations and performance matters), benefits and leave administration, and the consistent, compliant execution of HR policies. The role involves coaching managers on people practices, supporting Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PFL), benefits data management and ACA-related reporting, and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of HR programs in a hybrid environment in Irving, TX or Lake Forest, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM‐CP/PHR preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience administering Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PFL)
- Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and Leave of Absence programs
- Strong knowledge of employment law (federal and California) from FMLA/CFRA/PFL, FLSA, and ACA
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- HRIS proficiency
- Ability to travel up to 10%
