Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders across the Navitas Australasia portfolio to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business performance in a multi-site education environment. Lead workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives; provide expert ER/IR advice and manage complex people matters; support organisational change and transformation; drive performance, talent and succession outcomes; coach leaders to build capability and engagement; contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement. Strong generalist HR capability across ER/IR, workforce planning, performance and talent; ability to navigate sensitive people matters; build trusted relationships; experience supporting change in a dynamic environment; commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes; excellent communication and coaching skills; ability to work autonomously within a broader team. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant HR or business qualification (preferred)
- Experience or exposure to enterprise bargaining or EBA processes
- Experience using HR systems and supporting workplace health and safety practices
- Practical experience managing employee relations matters and supporting change initiatives, with an understanding of employment law
