Job Summary
HR Business Partner based in London for MSI UK, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions, advise on complex employee relations, shape HR policies and programmes, and support organisational effectiveness in a hybrid role with travel to London sites and other UK centres.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Significant experience in a Business Partnering or senior HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change initiatives
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using HR systems and interpreting people data to inform decision-making
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across diverse teams
