Job Summary
HR Business Partner serving as the first contact point for managers on people, culture and organizational topics, supporting the implementation of business strategies with regard to people, culture and organization in line with global initiatives. Responsibilities include partnering with HR and managers on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership and people development, transformation programs, change management, and way of working; maintaining FTE forecasts; providing HR metrics insights to drive action; supporting recruitment needs and defining requirement profiles for senior vacancies; advocating the Miele Creators’ Culture; collaborating with HR teams regionally and globally; and ensuring labor law compliance and effective employee relations across the organization. Located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in HR, business or equivalent
- Several years of HR experience
- Project- & Change management skills
- Seniorlevel influence and communication in an international context
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentations skills in English, Dutch is a plus
