Job Summary
Middle HR Business Partner partnering with senior technical and product leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, onboarding and adaptation for technical/product teams, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations in a fast-paced, international tech environment. Focus on aligning HR initiatives with business strategy and product goals, facilitating organizational changes, and promoting psychological safety and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as HR Business Partner / People Partner / HR Generalist
- at least 1.5 year supporting technical, engineering, or product teams
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
- Deep understanding of product development cycles, technical team workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in supporting managers and driving leadership development
- Proven ability to navigate change, influence stakeholders, and manage complex team dynamics
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with multiple stakeholders
