Job Summary

Act as the primary HR advisor to Executive leaders, providing counsel on organizational design, people strategy, and workforce planning decisions. Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that improve performance, retention, and engagement across teams while proactively identifying people-related risks and opportunities. Lead org design work including span-of-control analysis, role clarity, and headcount modeling, and develop workforce plans that align talent supply with on-shore and off-shore business demand. Serve as a coach for managers navigating performance management and employee development conversations, and lead complex employee relations investigations with consistency and documentation rigor. Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and support performance strategies, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations. Partner with global HR colleagues to share best practices and ensure alignment with scalable people practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 3–4 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, high-volume business functions
  • Proven track record in organizational design and workforce planning

  • Strong employee relations expertise
  • comfort navigating ambiguous or sensitive situations with sound judgment
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, from frontline managers to senior executives
  • Data-savvy: comfortable using HRIS reporting, dashboards, and people analytics to support decisions
  • Strong understanding of US employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a lean team environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare services, managed care, or a similarly regulated industry
  • Exposure to global HR practices, international employment law basics, or multi-country team support
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience working within a matrixed or multi-business unit organization
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or equivalent systems
