Job Summary
HR Business Partner supporting a global organization, partnering with managers and leaders to design organizational structure and people strategies across the full employee lifecycle. Drives performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with Learning & Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. Influences organizational effectiveness, supports talent development, and uses data to inform decisions while ensuring a high-quality employee experience. Role requires coaching, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating in ambiguity; preferred impact includes accelerating readiness for future opportunities and sustaining scalable people solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a fast-paced, global, or matrixed organization
