Job Summary
Support the Sr. People Lead DACH in defining and executing local people strategy across 5 plants and Customer Service & Logistics, acting as a strategic advisor to supply chain leaders. Drive workforce planning using data analytics to identify future HR concerns, while coaching senior function leaders and managing the organization pillar for the IL6S journey. Build strong labor relations with works councils and unions, lead complex employee relations matters, and implement compelling engagement strategies to foster inclusion. Lead and develop direct reports, including Plant People Leads, to promote performance improvement and skills development. Requires 7+ years of HR experience supporting manufacturing/supply chain in DACH, fluency in German and English, and ability to travel regularly to plant sites.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive progressive HR experience (typically 7+ years)
- Experience directly supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations functions within the DACH region
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Strong expertise in labor relations and partnering with unions, specifically within Germany/DACH
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management (acquisition, development, retention)
- Familiarity with IL6S or similar continuous improvement methodologies in an HR context
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals
- Ability to travel regularly to plant sites within the DACH region as required
