Job Summary
Partner with leaders and team members to cultivate a people-focused culture that results in highly engaged, high-performing teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching them on people challenges, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to elevate capabilities and improve performance. Interpret business needs and translate them into people strategies, while coaching on cyclical processes like talent management, performance management, and compensation planning. Champion initiatives supporting organizational growth, participate in projects with HR Centers of Excellence, and advise on performance management processes including corrective actions and improvement plans. Provide training to managers on best practices for team management and positive workplace culture. Conduct exit interviews to provide feedback and participate in employee-driven activity committees. Maintain knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and employment law to make recommendations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related degree
- Strong working knowledge and experience with multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement, talent management and development, performance management and general employment laws
- Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and execute initiatives aligned to HR strategy
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically to meet business needs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, optimistic, action‐oriented individual with a "can‐do" mentality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to effectively assess needs, identify potential options, and effectively deliver the agreed-upon solution
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable, tactful, ability to influence others, and to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in the tech/software industry
- Experience with HCM, Workday preferred
- training and presentation experience preferred
