Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting Global Functions; drive consistent HRBP delivery and governance across Global Functions; translate enterprise HR strategy into actionable guidance for HRBPs; align HRBP activity with HR Operating Model and ensure preparedness for change rollouts; partner with HR leaders, COEs, Country HR, and People Care to address systemic issues and improve governance, processes, or capability; manage workload and prioritization to ensure sustainable impact; leverage strong HR judgment to handle complex people matters and provide advisory support to senior leaders across the Global Functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, global organization
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and global HR governance
- Experience supporting multiple client groups across a large organization
- Strong HR judgment and ability to manage complex, sensitive people issues
- Ability to translate strategy into clear expectations and execution
- Effective coaching, feedback, and talent development skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities
- Comfort leading through ambiguity and change
- Enterprise mindset with ability to balance consistency with global function needs
