Job Summary
Advise functional areas, particularly leadership, on HR-relevant topics including leadership, compensation and benefits, employee development, workforce planning, and legal matters. Collaborate closely with colleagues in payroll, learning and development, and recruiting to align on goals. Work constructively with various committees, such as the works council, to negotiate collective agreements while mediating between interest groups. Stay current with HR trends like New Work, People Analytics, and ESG, and proactively identify improvements to implement them. Utilize data analysis to generate reports, statistics, and evaluate HR-specific KPIs. The role requires a strategic mindset with experience in similar positions within a corporate environment and familiarity with works councils. A degree in psychology, HR management, business administration, or equivalent, combined with multiple years of experience, is essential. This position offers an open-ended contract in Bochum with competitive compensation, flexible working hours, and a modern office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Human Ressource Management, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Abgeschlossene, personalwirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen im Konzernumfeld
- Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
- Einschlägige juristische Kenntnisse – vor allem aus dem Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
